Portal Clash ("we", "our", "us") is a mobile card battle game developed by Samir Rustamov. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Portal Clash application ("App").
The short version: Portal Clash is a fully offline game. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Your game progress stays on your device.

We do not collect any personal information. Portal Clash operates entirely offline and does not require an account, login, or internet connection to function.
Specifically, we do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, or contact information
- Location data
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Usage analytics or gameplay telemetry
- Photos, contacts, or other device data
03 Data Storage
All game data — including your progress, deck configurations, battle history, and settings — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device.
If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
04 In-App Purchases
Portal Clash offers an optional one-time purchase ("Portal Clash Premium") through Apple's App Store. All purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

05 Third-Party Services
Portal Clash does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or social media SDKs. The only external service interaction is with the Apple App Store for processing in-app purchases.

Portal Clash does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any data at all, the App is safe for users of all ages in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar regulations.

By downloading, installing, or using Portal Clash ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
02 Description of Service
Portal Clash is an offline, single-player card battle game for iOS. The App offers both free and premium content. Premium content is available through an optional one-time purchase.
03 In-App Purchase Terms
Portal Clash Premium is an optional one-time (lifetime) in-app purchase that provides permanent access to exclusive cards, AI opponents, and game modes.
- Price: $4.99 (USD), or equivalent in your local currency
- Type: One-time purchase — pay once, unlock forever
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Restore: If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use "Restore Purchase" in Settings to recover your premium access at no additional cost
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy
Portal Clash Premium is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges, no subscriptions, and no hidden fees.
04 Intellectual Property
All content in Portal Clash — including but not limited to game design, card artwork, character names, logos, text, graphics, sound effects, and music — is the intellectual property of Samir Rustamov and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content in the App without prior written permission.
05 User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify or create derivative works based on the App
- Attempt to circumvent purchase requirements or payment mechanisms
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
06 Disclaimer of Warranties
Portal Clash is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Samir Rustamov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or game progress.
08 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
09 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
